Boyz N Da Hood member Jody Breeze is reportedly behind bars for probation violation.
The rapper's lawyer, Shawn Macalister, revealed to Allhiphop that his client was caught driving on a HOV lane by authorities in Atlanta last Friday (August 8).
Police already had a pending violation of probation warrant for Breeze and he was taken into custody.
Breeze appeared in court Monday (August 11) and plead guilty to traffic trespass.� He was then sentenced to time served.�
Breeze remains in custody at Georgia jailhouse awaiting a hearing on the charges.
